Template file format

EditPlus does not provide an explicit template file format. Instead, the template should adhere to the syntax of the language contained within, named using an appropriate file extension.

In order for the cursor to be positioned at a specific place in the template, add a '^!' (caret-exclamation point) at that point. You may want to create project specific templates if you feel you are creating files with the same verbatim code repeatedly.
